Job Description
Summary
As an Influencer/Creator Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and creators across various social media platforms most especially YouTube. You will use the GRIN Creator Management App to track performance metrics, manage workflows, and coordinate campaigns to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers and creators in line with the brand's vision and target audience.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and creators.
- Utilize the GRIN Creator Management App for end-to-end influencer campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and implement influencer campaigns.
- Track KPIs and provide reports on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns to senior management.
- Ensure that influencers and creators adhere to brand guidelines and deliverables as specified in contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators for ongoing collaborations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer management or related roles.
- Proficiency in using the GRIN or any other Creator Management App for influencer campaign management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in contract development and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting data and metrics.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
