- The Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
- The QA/QC Manager will play a pivotal role in safeguarding product and service quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting a culture of quality within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product and service conformance to specifications and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate quality control personnel, ensuring their training and development.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation activities related to quality.
- Stay current with industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in regulatory audits and inspections.
- Evaluate and audit suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to senior management.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum Academic qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Min. Years of cognate working experience: 6 Years
- Professional certification/Training Certified Manager of Quality/Lead Auditor ISO 9001, 17025
