  • Continuously enhance the onboarding process, ensuring entrepreneurs get maximum value from day one.

  • User Engagement:

  • Develop and roll out strategies to engage entrepreneurs through their lifecycle, promoting deeper platform integration and feature adoption.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and support teams to share insights and drive customer-centric initiatives.


Who you are:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology or a related field.

  • Proven experience in user engagement, customer success, or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
