Key Responsibilities



  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the healthcare team.

  • Learning Technology: Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and incorporate technology to enhance learning experiences.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget efficiently.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all training activities comply with industry regulations and hospital policies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and evolving healthcare practices.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • At least 5 years experience in learning and development. Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and learning management systems.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
