We are looking to hire an operations officer for our client. a security company located in Lagos. Nigeria.

Job Description 

• Daily Location Patrol. Patrol report to be submitted daily.


• Monitors day-to-day operational activities.


• Ensures compliance production and dispatch of site file documents.


• Ensure guards are fully kitted and maintain ARIDA brand & feel.


• Ensure availability of ALL logbooks at the various locations.


• Carry out security surveys.


• Client engagement at locations during routine patrol to assess service delivery and retainership.


• Report incidents to line manager and PLC for follow up investigation.


• Initiate Client Complaint Resolution upon receipt.


• Carry out location On-site trainings.


• Collate attendance at locations. Submission of monthly nominal roll to HR/ Accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).


• 5 years’ experience in a security company


• Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.


• Ability to work under pressure.


• A problem-solving mind-set.


• Ability to travel if required.
