Position Overview:

We are searching for a dedicated Junior Audit and Compliance Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent knowledge of Google Sheets functions and formulas, and the ability to effectively trace and follow the audit trail of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.


2. Review, analyze, and verify financial and inventory records.


3. Utilize Google Sheets for audit documentation, ensuring accurate application of functions and formulas.


4. Track and document inventory movements, ensuring transparency and consistency in the audit trail.


5. Collaborate with the finance and inventory teams to resolve any discrepancies or compliance issues.


6. Provide recommendations for operational efficiency and compliance improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


2. Knowledge and experience with audit and compliance procedures.


3. Proficiency in Google Sheets, especially advanced functions and formulas.


4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow intricate inventory trails.


6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a remote environment and effectively using communication tools.
