Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our remote finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience, a passion for numbers, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s financial integrity. Knowledge of Zohobooks and the ability to use ERPREV will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports.


2. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.


3. Support monthly and yearly closing processes.


4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, balance sheets, and other financial documents.


5. Handle accounts payable and receivable.


6. Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and other financial tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.


2. Minimum of 1 year of professional accounting experience.


3. Proficient in Zohobooks; familiarity with ERPREV is a plus.


4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.


6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a remote environment and effectively using communication tools.
