Position Overview:


We are actively seeking a proactive HR and Admin Specialist with exceptional recruitment skills, especially in hiring delivery agents or Dispatch. The ideal candidate should be adept at conducting over-the-phone interviews, liaising with guarantors, and managing the overall hiring process efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruit and onboard delivery agents or Dispatch personnel.

  • Conduct over-the-phone interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.

  • Call potential guarantors to determine their willingness and validity to stand as surety for delivery agents.

  • Provide the addresses of both the guarantor and the delivery agent to the verification agency for confirmation and verification purposes.

  • Efficiently manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, screening, to final selection.

  • Draft, update, and dispatch appropriate documentation to staff.

  • Assist in coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and job applications.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR, with a specific focus on recruitment.

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and effectively using communication tools.
