About the role
- We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
- In this role, you will collaborate with the L&D department to design visually engaging and effective learning materials that support the development of our employees.
- Your designs will play a critical role in enhancing our training programs and ensuring that our employees have a rich and interactive learning experience.
What you’ll get to do
- Design Learning Materials: Create visually appealing and effective learning materials, including but not limited to e-learning modules, infographics, presentations, training manuals, and digital assets that align with the learning objectives.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop graphics, images, and animations that effectively communicate complex concepts and facilitate comprehension.
- Branding: Ensure that all L&D materials align with the company's branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity.
- Interactive Content: Design interactive elements, such as quizzes, assessments, and simulations, to enhance engagement and knowledge retention
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and convert them into compelling visual content.
- Multimedia Integration: Integrate multimedia elements like audio, video, and animation into training materials when appropriate to enhance the learning experience.
- Accessibility: Ensure that all materials are accessible and inclusive, adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and usability to ensure they meet learning objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing some e-learning and training materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel Draw and Figma.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent written, verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
