Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.

  • Provide direct leadership and mentorship roles for the sales team.

Person Specification



  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with 3 years of experience in similar role in the real estate industry.

  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.

  • Strong business acumen and exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in stockbroking and negotiating skills.

  • Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
