Job Objectives:

• We are looking for brilliant and exceptional Senior Associates who share a passion for excellence in service delivery and are interested in making strategic contributions towards the growth of the Firm beyond technical proficiency.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on complex agreements for clients in a broad range of industries.


• Oversee legal research and provide advice and legal support to clients in multiple industries including Banking & finance, capital markets, intellectual property & entertainment, technology & startups, real estate, logistics and FMCG; Dispute resolution, Debt recovery, data privacy etc.


• Support clients with transaction negotiation, attend meetings and other clients’ engagements.


• Oversee the conduct of data privacy audits and handle other regulatory preparation and submission of license applications and other miscellaneous tasks.


• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate law with practical experience


• Good leadership and interpersonal skills


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail


• Proactive and organized approach to serving handling multiple tasks and clients

Requirements

• Bachelors of Law (LL.B)


• Nigerian Law School


• Between 10-12 years post call experience
