Responsibilities



  • Responsible for general coordination of the Customer service unit.

  • Improving customer service experience and facilitating organic growth.

  • Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution.

  • Addressing customer issues via all platforms

  • Resolve all customer complaints.

  • Implement sales ideas/activations.

  • Representing the company at LASCOPA, FCCPC and Arbitrations to ensure dispute resolution between Customers and the company.

  • Weekly reporting.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in relevant field.

  • At least 5 years proven work experience.

  • Solid understanding of social media trends and IG interface.

  • Familiarity with the hair and beauty industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Team management skills.
