Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. As an Office Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing essential support for after-sales activities, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Job Responsibilities



  • Office Maintenance:

    • Oversee office cleanliness and organization, including the arrangement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.



  • After Sales Support:

    • Serve as a point of contact for customers post-purchase, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support as needed.

    • Assist in processing and tracking after-sales service requests, warranty claims, and product returns.

    • Maintain detailed records of after-sales interactions, feedback, and resolutions.



  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

    • Maintain office files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient data retrieval and organization.

    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.



  • Customer Relations:

    • Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.

    • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed for resolution.



  • Front Desk Operations:

    • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests to the office, providing a warm and professional reception.




Essential Qualifications and Attributes



  • Ordinary National Diploma (O.N.D)

  • At least two (2) years proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
