Role Overview:

We're in search of a proactive National Logistics Coordinator to streamline our operations, ensuring efficient logistics, precise remittance, and minimized risks. The ideal candidate will spearhead the recruitment of delivery agents, lead risk analysis initiatives, and manage our end-to-end sales process within ERPREV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview, assess, and onboard new delivery agents, ensuring alignment with our company's standards and vision.


• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to potential delivery agents, identifying vulnerabilities and instituting preventive measures.


• Closely oversee logistics cash exposure to maintain operational efficiency and ensure accurate remittance.


• Take a proactive stance in identifying, addressing, and mitigating threats observed during ERPREV reviews of our sales processes.


• Develop and put into action contingency plans to reinforce and improve key controls within ERPREV.


• Consistently provide sales revenue reports, identifying exceptions and policy breaches within ERPREV, offering actionable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in logistics coordination, ideally on a national or broad scale.


• Proficiency in ERPREV or similar ERP systems.


• Exceptional analytical skills with an aptitude for identifying risks and instituting mitigation tactics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Demonstrated capability in generating and interpreting pertinent reports.
