Job Description

• Ensures the reliable performance of the ERP systems


• Support core modules across Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC


• Provide 1st level support i.e. Troubleshoot and resolves basic ERP issues related hardware, software, user access or other problems


• Collate and escalate more complex issues to the supporting partner for resolution


• Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications


• Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability


• Install, configure, maintain (upgrade and patch) an ERP database (Microsoft SQL)


• Develop database standards, guidelines and best practices


• Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.


• Recommends new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user requirement/feedback


• Create and maintain security roles


• Administer issue tracking and change requests


• Administration of all test, development and production environments

Requirements: 

• Bsc/HND Computers Science or a related discipline


• Microsoft SQL knowledge


• Passionate, proactive and highly driven


• Minimum 2-5 years working experience in supporting business applications (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)


• Time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
