Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, makeup applications, skincare treatments, and other aesthetic services.


• Assess client's skin and beauty needs, provide consultations, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.


• Execute beauty makeovers tailored to each client's preferences and requirements.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.


• Address client concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.


• Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the overall client experience.


• Meet or exceed sales and service goals to contribute to the success of the spa or beauty center.


• Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.


• Proven 2-4 years of experience in providing beauty makeovers, preferably with a focus on female clientele.


• Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.


• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
