You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and enhance our HR consulting services.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and networking with industry professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the HR consulting team to develop comprehensive business proposals and presentations for client engagements.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging HR practices to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to the management team.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's HR consulting services.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to HR practices and incorporate them into client solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or another related field
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs, analyse complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and close deals in a competitive market environment.
Experience in conflict resolution
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
At least 1 year of marketing experience and must be considering a career in management consulting.
Proven sales track record.
The Ideal candidate is expected to be staying on or around the island.
