  • As an HR Business Development Executiveat Coinbox Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our consulting business.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and enhance our HR consulting services.

Responsibilities



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and networking with industry professionals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the HR consulting team to develop comprehensive business proposals and presentations for client engagements.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging HR practices to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to the management team.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's HR consulting services.

  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to HR practices and incorporate them into client solutions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or another related field

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs, analyse complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and close deals in a competitive market environment.

  • Experience in conflict resolution

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • At least 1 year of marketing experience and must be considering a career in management consulting.

  • Proven sales track record.

  • The Ideal candidate is expected to be staying on or around the island.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
