OBJECTIVES:



  • To provide comprehensive and accurate data analysis in respect to vehicle repairs and maintenance spending on a weekly and monthly basis at the singular vehicle level for approximately 450 fleet size for the organization. 

  • This will drive a solid historical database to drive management decisions at the vehicle unit level in terms of replacement and disposals for each vehicle and serve as a basis for effective cost negotiation which will drive cost reduction for the business in the long run. Delivery of services in accordance with the SOWs for Facilities Management, Procurement, and Critical Environment


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Facilities Analyst must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.  


Procurement and Vendor Management



  • Benchmark services on fleet assets within the country as well as across the region.

  • Support the virtual approval process for contract execution


Facilities Operations



  • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices as it relates to Fleet operations

  • Assist with the coordination of relocations activities


Risk Management



  • Ensure data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to time.

  • Ensure escalation of identified duplicated vehicle repairs spend at vehicle level to the fleet administrator before fleet repairs proposal is shared with Head of Business and Facilities transformation for approval.


Profitability/ Savings Initiatives:



  • Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement in relation to vehicles repairs and maintenance


Reporting:



  • Review monthly fleet repairs and maintenance reports Fleet Administrator and HoB&F Transformation highlighting identified duplicated repairs and other associated risks.

  • Assist in the budgeting and Recommit process including reviews with stakeholders as required.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Candidate must have minimum of 3years proven work experience as a Facility Officer

  • Proven work experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

  • Timely and Accuracy of reports

  • Prompt identification of duplicated fleet maintenance spends (if applicable)

  • Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements

  • Demonstrated initiative 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.
