We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring process



Responsibilities

• Source for candidates suitable for each client's specific requirement


• Build talent networks to find qualified candidates


• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms


• Screen resumes and CVs and manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparations to final offer negotiation


• Maintain database of candidate records

Requirement

• B.Sc/HND in any field


• 1-2years experience as a recruiter


• Exceptional communication, Interpersonal and decision-making skills


• Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods
