Salary: N300,000 (gross)
Sector: Manufacturing (Automobile)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR management in all workforce development, recruitment, and training
- Process new hire paperwork and guide employees through orientation
- Providing support to the workforce
- Process employee benefits
- Process weekly allowances
- Conducting employee evaluations and performance management
- Conducting exit interviews
- Maintaining employee records and data
- Process new hire medical examinations.
- Compute staff pensions
- Coordinate payroll information’s
- Maintaining employee database, records, and applicant tracking database.
Requirements:
- 4yrs+ experience as an HR generalist in a manufacturing company.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- BSc/HND in relevant field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday.
