Job Description



We offer students (m/f/d) the opportunity to complete the compulsory internship or a voluntary internship at our parent company Julius Berger Nigeria Plc in Nigeria for 5-6 months. The assignment takes place in the Human Resources department of our head office in Abuja.


What tasks canI expect from us?



  • You will support the HR manager on site in the special project "Compensation & Benefits"

  • Furthermore, you will gain far-reaching insights into daily HR processes and procedures. After training, you will support your colleagues.

  • You will receive an intern's salary and an expatriation allowance.

  • We will cover the flight costs as well as visa and vaccination costs for you.

  • We enable you to participate in an internal information event to bring you closer to living and working in Nigeria.

  • We will train you comprehensively, especially in the first few weeks we will accompany you particularly intensively as part of our onboarding.


Job Requirements


When is this internship right for you?



  • You are at least in the 5th semester of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management or you are in the corresponding Master's program.

  • You can provide proof of a current certificate of enrollment.

  • You have a good German and English skills.

  • You are interested in working in a multicultural, international project team and you like to show initiative.

  • Good communication is important to you and you enjoy working in a team.

  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

  • The duration of 5-6 months is no problem for you (please specify the desired period).
