Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.
Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Internal Auditor and the physical count to be tallied with the inventory count from the MMS - Material Management System.
Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Notify the store manager/supervisor of any low stock levels.
Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping.
Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.
Completing the required paperwork when ordering stock
Updating stock information on the computer system
Others Perform any other tasks assigned by the functional Head from time to time,
Prerequisites:
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
Have a good eye for detail.
Familiar with Inventory Management Software.
Must have basic computer skills for the day to day operation.
Knowledge of ERP, an added advantage.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business related to inventory management, accounting, Finance, etc.
