Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, business partners, and IT business analysts to capture and analyze business requirements and produce high-level design describing the business requirements and systems functionality using standard artifacts such as wireframes, data models, user stories, and business rules.

  • Produce low-level designs for the implementation of functionality to address business requirements using standard UML artifacts such as domain models, use cases, and sequence diagrams.

  • Develop and configure MS Dynamics Finance forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports.

  • Create and distribute reports, summaries, presentations, and project schedules to important project stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams and champion the use of Microsoft Dynamics Finance to improve processes, controls, and reporting.

  • Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained.

  • Serve as an actively contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team and participate in application upgrades and execute post-install activities such as smoke testing.

  • Maintain current knowledge of updates and new releases in Finance technologies (Microsoft’s and its competitors) and educate end-users on Finance functions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the support and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics F&O.

  • Firm grasp of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools (E.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica, BizTalk).

  • Proven successes in the installation, setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of finance solutions using best practices implementation methodology.

  • Experience with designing Security Roles and Business Units to match the requirements and align with organizational structure.

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and other related Microsoft Technologies and a strong understanding of Finance.

  • Dynamics365 certifications is advantageous.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to effectively convey a variety of topics to a diverse audience.

  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
