Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of air conditioning systems.


• Assemble and mount components, such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant lines.


• Ensure proper electrical connections and wiring for the system to function safely.


• Test and calibrate thermostats and other controls.


• Install ductwork and ventilation systems if necessary.


• Conduct system performance tests after repairs or maintenance.


• Adhere to industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.


• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.


• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.


• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.


• Keep inventory of tools and equipment used for installations and repairs.


• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment manuals, and parts used.


• Conduct routine maintenance checks on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Completion of a formal HVAC training program or apprenticeship.


• Relevant HVAC certification or license (if required by state or local regulations).


• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.


• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.


• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
