Responsibilities

Office Administration:



  • Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.

  • Receive all deliveries, correspondence/email handling and documentation.

  • Process Bill payment, manage office expenses and retire accordingly.

  • Managing inventory, re-ordering levels

  • Ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment.


Customer Service and Experience:



  • Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely – Partners, Online and Offline Customers.

  • Process all online and offline orders, channel to appropriate personnel for production and distribution.

  • Resolve sales problems, receive feedback from customers, partners – identify and select solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent.

  • Utilize different tools/survey to ascertain customer satisfaction rate.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 2 years work experience.
