Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.
- Receive all deliveries, correspondence/email handling and documentation.
- Process Bill payment, manage office expenses and retire accordingly.
- Managing inventory, re-ordering levels
- Ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment.
Customer Service and Experience:
- Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely – Partners, Online and Offline Customers.
- Process all online and offline orders, channel to appropriate personnel for production and distribution.
- Resolve sales problems, receive feedback from customers, partners – identify and select solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent.
- Utilize different tools/survey to ascertain customer satisfaction rate.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 2 years work experience.
