Job Description

Ideal candidates will be FIELD AGENTS for the company and must be able to carry out the following;

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer debt information.


• Take ownership of debt collection cases.


• Visitation of delinquent customers and Guarantors


• Follow-up on delinquent customers till debts are completely paid


• Issuance of Demand Letters to both customers and guarantors


• Ensure collections of overdue payments from delinquent customers after 91 Days


• Negotiation of repayment with delinquent customers and guarantors


• Weekly/monthly report of collections


• Perform skip tracing on absconded customers


• Escalate, recommend and get management’s sign-off to resolve overdue cases.

Qualifications / Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.


• Ability to work with little or no supervision


• Ability to communicate effectively


• Ability to prepare simple and concise reports on work activities


• Ability to use social media and other internet services to trace customers who may have absconded.
