  • As a Customer Relation Officer at T9 Laundry & Premium Drycleaners you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Your interactions will be both over the phone and through email, ensuring our customers' needs are met promptly.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our services.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements



  • Minimum of OND / HND, B.Sc certificate with a proven 3 - 6 years working experience.

  • Previous experience as a Customer Relation Officer in a Laundry company is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

  • Proficiency in using computer software and customer service tools.
