As a Customer Relation Officer at T9 Laundry & Premium Drycleaners you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Your interactions will be both over the phone and through email, ensuring our customers' needs are met promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND, B.Sc certificate with a proven 3 - 6 years working experience.
Previous experience as a Customer Relation Officer in a Laundry company is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Proficiency in using computer software and customer service tools.
