- Develop a growth strategy focused in revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Assess and identify new opportunities for the growth of the businesses, in current and prospective market.
- Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry.
- In partnership with the Product Design Team, design strategies and plans to drive sales and generate revenue using current trends.
- Oversees the operations of the businesses, collaborate with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of customers.
- Perform regular business and employee evaluations to determine area of improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive budget for business operations and do periodic budget analyses.
- Build and leverage relationship with partners, to leverage their resources and solutions, and provide for an optimal customer experience.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Education / Experience / Skill
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Social Science, or relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- This position is open to candidates between 25 – 30 years old preferable.
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business.
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads.
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
- Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software.
- Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
