Venmac Resources Limited- we are a 5-star hotel management company that has carved a niche in the industry, well equipped to play a leading role in human Resource management with a presence in Abuja & Lagos.


We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job responsibility



  • Involved in setting-up of hotels and apartments

  • Handle recruitment of staffs, posting of job advert, calling of applicants.

  • Handle other aspect of the business as it relates to administartion, site inspection, business development etc

  •  Interviewing and hiring of staffs with the appropriate skills as needed.

  • Conducting training of staffs.

  • Carrying out analytical writing in given topics.

  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all staffs.

  • Ensure that staffs employee documents are well documented.

  • Carry-out background checks on staffs.

  • Identify training and development opportunities.

  • Handle trainings schedule of the company.

  • Make recommendations for the CEO with regard to his time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.

  • Monitor workers in different site and report to the CEO.

  • Partner with the CEO to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and company goals/targets.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements as needed.


What is needed for the role



  • Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute.  

  • excellent writing skills, proposal and research writing.

  • Programs Cordination.

  • Human Resource knowledge.

  • Excellent with time management and able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.

  • To communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or ambiguity.

  • Enjoy optimizing processes to make them more efficient.  


Requirements / Qualifications



  • Relevant Degree in Hospitality managememt, Human resources or administartion

  • Experience: 3-10 years

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Good observation skills and a willingness to learn
