JOB DUTIES

• Work with MTN’s cybersecurity operations team to protect MTNN’s assets from unauthorized access, unauthorized data alteration or denial of service through vulnerability and threat identification, incident detection and response and forensic investigations.


• Track recommendations regarding on-prem, datacenter and cloud infrastructure, networking and security settings and posture to closure with various stakeholders


• Support security improvement projects, application documentation, SOPs, PPP development


• Participate in the GRC programs including ISO 27001 & PCIDSS.


• Create and maintain key metrics that are indicative of the security posture of the MTNN infrastructure.


• Keep abreast of threat intelligence feeds to stay abreast of industry reports and emerging threat that may affect MTNN.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum of first degree (Bachelor’s degree/HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology or 4+ years experience spent performing support/administration tasks


• Maintain and update critical metrics that gauge MTNN's overall security stance.


• Stay informed about emerging threats and industry reports by actively monitoring threat intelligence feeds.


• Communicates clearly with technical and business users.


• Familiarity with regulations and frameworks such as NIST, PCI, ISO 27001
