Job Responsibilities
- Engineering implementation, debugging and commissioning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and network maintenance of related products and equipment.
- Track and feed back equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.
- Takes charge of daily communication with customers, maintains and improves customer relationships, and improves the customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to communicate and solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Full-time bachelor degree or above in communications, electronics, computer science, and other related majors in formal colleges and universities.
- Have a strong background in communication technologies. Familiar with communication networks.
- Understand project management knowledge, have good communication and coordination, organization and planning capabilities, be dedicated, and have cooperation spirit and a sense of responsibility.
- It is preferred to be familiar with OTN/DWDM products.
