• We are looking for a highly proficient and experienced Cloud Support Engineer who possesses strong technical skills and a deep understanding of cloud technologies, VMware, and Vcenter.


• As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions leveraging technologies such as VMware and Vcenter.


• Configure and optimize virtualization environments to meet performance and scalability requirements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for cloud management and automation.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and virtualization.


• Monitor and analyze system performance, capacity, and security, making proactive recommendations for improvement.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in cloud management and VMware technologies.


• Experience in technical Support, System Administration, and Networking skills


• Experience in VMware virtualization technologies, including Vcenter, ESXi, and NSX.


• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).


• Excellent understanding of networking, storage, and security principles in a virtualized environment.


• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical teams


• Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent are a plus.


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
