Job Responsibilities



  • Prospect and identify potential customers through market research, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.

  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our rubber products.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by actively engaging with leads and following up on inquiries.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, project managers, and industry professionals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and market trends.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using our CRM system.


QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT



  • HND / BSC in any relevant course 

  • 2-3years work experience as direct sales in FMCG, retail, construction, or hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and customer relationship management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
