The service recovery team is expected to resolve all of the following issues within the agreed SLA with customers and within the organization for a splendid customer experience.

POS SETTLEMENT RECOVERY TEAM

• Merchant Report/settlement report request (Banks and Merchant).


• Reconciliation complaints from merchant and banks.


• Merchant deposit bank report reconciliations


• POS Settlement

DISPUTE/ATM SETTLEMENT RECOVERY TEAM

• Confirm settlement of ATM settlement.


• Resolves issues raised from charge-back/reversals


• Reconcile all report discrepancies based on ATM settlement reports.

ISSUING RECOVERY TEAM

• ITC SUPPORT


• Adhoc request for issuing report


• Change request on account to cards


• Urgent blocking of stolen cards
