We are looking for a talented and dedicated Data Analyst to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions to enhance our business operations. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights, identify trends, and create actionable recommendations. Your work will contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.


• Pre-process and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability, and transform raw data into usable formats.


• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.


• Create meaningful and informative visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights to stakeholders.


• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, summarizing key findings and insights for decision-makers.


• Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends and outcomes.


• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategies to drive business improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)


• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.


• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Familiarity with data management and database systems.

Working Conditions

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, until 2 pm EST.
