Job Competency Requirement



  • Coordinate the development of sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives for all SBU’s and supervise the implementation.

  • Collaborate with all SBU heads to ensure alignment of sales strategies, objectives and targets across all SBUs.

  • Take ownership of global sales targets and numbers, monitoring performance, and driving initiatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Lead and manage the SBU’s Head, providing guidance, setting performance targets, and conducting performance evaluations.

  • Foster collaboration with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction for all SBU’s

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and sales forecasts, presenting findings to management.

  • Continuously analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies for each SBU’s accordingly.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation for all SBU’s

  • Continuously Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency in all SBU’s sales cycle.

  • Plan, schedule and Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

  • Any other job as assigned by the Management to support organizational goals and objectives.


Qualifications and Skills Required



  • Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is an added advantage. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the mobile industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, Excellent leadership, Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and team-building abilities.

  • Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
