CONTENT CREATION
- Create and Edit all types of content – Video, Photo, Meme, Graphic, Motion, 3D etc
- Create and edit at least two new content (of any type) daily one of which must include a reel – 14 Weekly
- Create and edit a unique socially trendy post for every Friday
- Schedule weekly food photography and content creation for the different digital/social media platforms.
- Jump on and create content around trending songs, challenges, meme etc
- Create campaigns around each product
POSTING SCHEDULE
- Post at least four times daily on IG feed with deference to the peak periods on google analytics
- Post at least three times daily on stories
- Post at least one reel daily
- Post every morning latest by 6:30am
- Post in lieu of daily deals a night before and post in lieu of daily deals on the morning of the deals.
- Schedule all post for weekends and any other time you are not at the office.
- Ensure all categories of products are captured in your weekly posting spread
- Create a content calendar and ensure that all posts are of strong picture and video quality.
POST OPTIMISATION
- Ensure that all posts are optimized with the use of hashtags, SEO, SEM etc.
- Drive organic traffic and views to posts
- Drive comments and engagements
- Follow up on and optimize all promotions and partnerships
ENGAGEMENTS AND BRAND POSITIONING
- All comments from posts and stories are to be responded to in line with our brand identity
- All enquiries are to be promptly responded to and handed over to the customer service team where necessary.
- Must regularly engage in the comments section of popular pages with intelligent and witty comments
- Must ensure and oversee prompt response to all DM’S and messages within 5 minutes
COLLABORATIONS & STRATEGY
- Foster collaborations with influencers and high view pages.
- Foster paid and unpaid collaborations with content creators
- Provide penetrative marketing strategies for all products
WEBSITE
- Edit and manage orders from the company website
- Regularly update products, prices and other info
- Ensure that the website is aesthetically appealing
SALES & THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS.
Regularly update product and prices, manage orders and follow up payments on these third party platforms:
a. Kwik b. Gokada c. Jumia d. Ginjaa e. Google my business etc
Revamp & Generate consistent sales on these plaforms:
a. Instagram b. Facebook c. Twitter d. Snapchat e. Any other platform you may recommend
Monitor sales growth from these platforms.
Ensure strict security measures on these platforms.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Send a daily report of activities, content created and achievements at the end of day via mail copying Chef Dira, Blessing and myself.
- Provide weekly analytics and digital strategy report at Management meeting.
- Carry out any other role assigned by supervisors or management.
