Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their unique advertising needs.

Skills/Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, communications, or related field (preferred).

  • 2 to 6 years’ sales and marketing experience, especially in Marketing & Communications.

  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and objection handling.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Digital literacy and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed sales targets.

  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.


Tools & Technology:



  • Collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Trello) for campaign coordination.

  • Presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) for impactful presentations.

  • Efficient email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) for seamless communication.

  • Lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for client identification.

  • Tools for managing contracts, proposals, and agreements.
