- Lead and managed a team of online sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the online sales team.
- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Identify and leverage new online sales channels and platforms.
- Monitor and improve the online customer journey, from website navigation to checkout.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling online promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Track and report on online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance online sales and profitability.
- Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Oversee the online product catalog, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's Degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of proven experience in online sales management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
