Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to upsell company products.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Responsible for searching for bids and the full cycle of the acquired projects.
- Provide product and sales training to clients.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Informing management of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Constantly develop new strategies to increase sales e.g identify markets to target with advertising and promotional efforts or determine how to best set the company apart from its competitors.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers and encourage purchases.
- Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers.
- Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Liaise with technical support team members regarding customer requests or technical questions from customers.
- Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable higher education institution
- Not less than 4 years of relevant work experience
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Established relation with integrators/installers is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and ZOHO
Additional Requirements
- Prior Experience in a Tech Space is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Partnership Deals and Project Management
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in Digital Outdoor space
