Responsibilities



  • Pitch the Company's products to distributors, retailers and other B2B channel partners including developing and submitting proposals

  • Devise and implement strategies for driving B2B sales including merchandising activities

  • Manage relationships with existing distributors, retailers and other B2B channel partners including maintaining inventory records Identify new channel partners and business opportunities leveraging networking, referrals and market research to expand customer base

  • Any other tasks that may fall due


Requirements



  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.

  • Keen interest in beauty and cosmetics industry

  • Experience in SME

  • Experience in B2B

  • A minimum of two years experience gained within beauty or retail in a business development or marketing role

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Commercial understanding

  • Excellent team working and communication skills

  • Have a flexible, open minded and professional attitude

  • Extremely well organised with strong planning and prioritising skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • A keen eye for detail when it comes to written communication

  • Female (for gender balance).
