Responsible for design, schedule, and delivery of End User Training courses
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer science, computer engineering or any related qualifications. Professional certificate would be an added advantage
Good understanding Business Change Management within the banking sector
Proven experiences in Banking Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have at least 7-10 years of Banking systems and procedures.
