Job Summary
As a Sales Representative at Shuttlers, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn the ins and outs of sales and customer engagement, generate sales leads, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a sales career and making you responsible for building and managing sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Learn Sales Techniques: Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals, you will learn effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers and sales leads within the assigned territory or industry and generate a consistent stream of new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers and sales leads within the assigned territory or industry and generate a consistent stream of new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in administrative tasks, such as tracking leads, and maintaining customer records.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and market trends, helping to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Meetings: Participate in sales meetings and presentations to observe and learn from experienced sales professionals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-1 year prior experience needed
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program or recent graduate in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
