Responsibilities



  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability target.

  • Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales volume and profitability margin.

  • Plan and forecast the sales budget, and implement as approved by management.

  • Participate in recruitment and training the sales force to deliver on company objectives.

  • Manage sales management and financial information reporting.

  • Responsible for identifying and appointing of specified number of Key Distributors and ensuring they meet company goals.

  • Prepare a clear, concise and actionable joint Recare Ltd/KDs business plans for each distributor.

  • Acts as business advisor to the Key Distributors using best practice and search and spin as a basic business development strategy.

  • Build and develop Distributors financial strength through sound fiscal policy.

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and the design of sales promotions to generate sales revenues.


Qualifications



  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Distribution preferably in FMCG

  • Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.

  • Must presently be a Sales Manager or equivalent position.
