Position Overview:



  • We are seeking a results-driven and creative Growth Marketer to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and the ability to implement growth strategies that resonate with our target audience.

  • As a Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and helping businesses achieve their marketing objectives.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Development



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute innovative growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and market trends.

  • Identify opportunities for user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data analysis and market research.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.


Digital Marketing:



  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEM, SEO, and content marketing.

  • Develop and implement compelling and targeted content that resonates with our audience, and oversee its distribution across appropriate platforms.

  • Utilise A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.


Data Analysis and Insights:



  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes by analysing key metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Regularly track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement.

  • Leverage marketing analytics tools to monitor user behaviour, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.


Experimentation and Innovation:



  • Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, emerging technologies, and growth hacking techniques.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the marketing team, driving continuous improvement.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role within the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot) to analyse data and drive insights.

  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
