Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
Using computer-aided design and engineering software to create project plans and circuit diagrams
Designing and overseeing the installation of electrical systems in buildings
Agreeing project specifications, budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Undertaking relevant research
Generation and Development of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
Implementing designs
Creating test procedures
Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products
Writing reports and documentation
Analyzing and interpreting data
Attending meetings and giving presentations.
Some travel, including overseas trips, is often required to visit clients and Site of electrical projects.
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
Requirements
Education:
B.Sc / HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering with at least 2 years experience.
Experienced with proven use of Autocad.
