- There is an opening for a smart, motivated, and driven young graduate in a leading Oil & Gas and Power service company.

- The Company is focused in providing Oilfield services to the upstream sector. This is a full employment position, and renumeration shall be based on qualifications and experience and subject to periodic performance-based review.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of projects implementation as needed.
- Coordinate all Facilities activities,work direction and support systems.
- Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for general office organization, administrative processes, and overall front office appearance.
- Manage the security access-control database in conjunction with the security contractor.
- Supervise and train facility employees and contractors as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
- Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
Requirements for consideration
- B.Sc in relevant management discipline or associates degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Degree
- 8-10 years working experience as a Facilities Coordinator or Similar role.
- Candidate must be around 35 – 45 years of Age.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Must have an experience with facilities management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
- Understanding of Safety Regulations in Offices.
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and hardworking.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
