Responsibilities

• Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities


• Responsible for the Loan Team Target


• Constant monitoring and review of loan portfolios


• Developing growth strategies and plans


• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients


• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing High volume loan applications and documentation within specified limits


• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans


• Communicate with prospects either to request or to provide information


• Developing growth strategies and plans


• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients


• Assess prospect needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans


• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.

Requirements

• BS Degree or HND Degree.


• 3 to 5 years work experience in Consumer Lending.


• Ability to work in a goal oriented environment.
