Job Description

• Receive payment by cash, card, transfer etc. and Issues receipt to buyers.


• Handle all cash transaction in the company.


• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


• Reconcile accounts daily with accountant and submit reports as directed by management.


• Ensure customers receive best services at counter.


• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
