Manage and supervise the execution and implementation of daily rules and regulation as regards to the logistics Unit.
Responsible for the daily inspection, checking, tracking of logistics activities, reporting any issue noticed in a timely manner, Propose and implement adequate measures according the rules and regulations.
Supervise timely update of ERP inventory data and manual accounts to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
Create training plan, work arrangement and performance index for Logistics and warehouse staff.
Communicate effectively with sales team, finance department and product section to make sure of smooth work coordination.
Complete the tasks assigned by the superior in time.
Appoint competent Transporters, in a timely and efficient manner.
Implement effective Logistics Management System.
Ensure all products are delivered in a timely time frame, without delay.
Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, and customer issues.
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit and delivery.
Ensure achievement of cost reduction, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of transportation metrics.
Analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes, or carriers.
generating monthly transportation reports.
Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
Develops and improves transport planning processes and procedures.
